Rajini has decided to build a big hospital that will provide affordable and excellent health care for the poor. His brother, Sathyanarayana Rao revealed Rajini's plans in this direction. it seems that, he bought land near Vandalur so that his plans can come to fruition. Plans are currently being drawn up and work will begin shortly.
